Shipping Policy:

1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods: We do not ship. All orders must be picked up by the customer at 82 South Montgomery San Jose CA 95110. 

Return Policy:

1. Eligibility: We accept returns within 10 days from the date of purchase or pick-up. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition at time of purchase. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned bikes.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a return or come in during business hours. 

3. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. 

4. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Final Sale Items: Certain items, such as bikes priced at $199 or less and all used parts, may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
